Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain restricted areas in Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% stoked about your gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with our hassle-free returns process.

Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • All wetsuits (Men’s, Women’s, and unisex) – unless defective
  • Boogie Boards that show signs of use
  • Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack it up – Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging
  4. Ship it back to our warehouse:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem!

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.

International Returns

For international orders (excluding restricted areas in Asia):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
