Our Return Policy

You can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Wetsuits (Men’s, Women’s, and unisex) – unless defective
  • Boogie Boards that show signs of use
  • Any items that are personalized or custom-made

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your gear:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack it up – Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging
  4. Ship it back – Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Track your return – We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or color? No problem!

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.

International Returns

For international orders (excluding restricted areas in Asia):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
